Sammy Nyokaye and the DANCAN- system once more celebrate a great XC race result in the Regionals........ 2nd position and 27.53 min narrowly beaten. I think we can expect a sub 2.10 marathon from Sammy this year.  

Today he won the Nyamyra county XC champs in Kenya at 10 k on a difficult hilly course at 30.41, 10 sec before next runner at 30.51.  Congrats Sammy!  🙂
