Race results

Peterson Too did a very good performance in the Family Bank half in Eldoret, Kenya , last weekend. He ran a new PR  1:06:14 (former PR 1:12 ). I have coached him a couple of years now and in the beginning he ran my speciality 20 x 400m at  78 sec....now he run them in 66 sec!  We will make a try to win the famous Ultra Comrades in future.  The Magic running show DANCAN just rolls on....  🙂

My coached Kenya runner Kepha Ongeri won an international 10 k road race in China. Time 28:43 .

My coached runner Alex Ekesa,Kenya, won today in "Run for the bibleless" 10 k road race in Nairobi. His winning time 29:50 .  Congrats Alex!         by COACH J.S   

Sammy placed 3rd with 29.04 in a close race. Winners time 29.02 and second runner 29.03. Congrats to a fine race Sammy!  🙂
